It has enough firmness present so that you are not sinking into it but enough softness that you do actually feel like you are relaxing and not up against a brick wall. It has a popper holding of the two ends together! A simple but very important feature. Why? Ever carried one of these on your luggage/backpack etc.? Had it keep falling off? Not anymore! Cons

It is slightly harder to stuff it back into the pouch it came with for easy keeping and storage.
The inner fabric (grey area) can easily scratch and pill when over handling it.
Materials are soft and strong, however, the stitches are not strong enough.

Our Opinion

Overall, the Smylls Memory Foam Travel Pillow is soft and provides a comfortable experience. Soft and grippy sides with a smooth and comfortable center is great. By the tests subjected to, it feels like it will last you some years hence you can count on it.

As much SMYLLS Memory Foam Travel Pillow is as comfortable as it has been described above and keeps shape, it is firmer when in the air. It is quite bulky making it a bit cumbersome to carry around when travelling, pay attention to anything that can possibly scratch it like Velcro.

Overly it is a worth product to commit your bucks, the bulkiness notwithstanding.
